Allied Holdings definition

Allied Holdings means ASHINC Corporation (f/k/a Allied Systems Holdings, Inc.), a Delaware corporation, one of the above-captioned Debtors.
Allied Holdings has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.
Allied Holdings means Allied Security Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
