Allegro is defined in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
Allegro means Allegro S.à r.l. acting for and on behalf of Generali Financial Holdings FCP-FIS - Sub-Fund 2 (previously Allegro S.à r.l., acting for an on behalf of GFH FCP-FIS Sub-Fund 1).
