Allegion Business definition

Allegion Business means the commercial and residential security businesses of IR conducted by the Allegion Business Units and those Business Entities and businesses acquired or established by or for Allegion or any of its Subsidiaries after the Effective Time.
Allegion Business shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
