All-Terrain Vehicles or “ATV” means all motorized/mechanized driven vehicles of at least two to four wheels designed to be used for recreation on two-track or trail travel. For purposes of this Code, “ATV” shall also mean Utility Task Vehicle (UTV), Off Highway Vehicle (OHV), and Off Highway Motorcycle (OHM).
