All other forms means all consumer product forms for which no form-specific VOC standard is specified. Unless specified otherwise by the applicable VOC standard, “all other forms” include, but are not limited to, solids, liquids (which includes the liquid containing or liquid impregnated portion of the cloth or paper wipes (towelettes), wicks, powders, and crystals.
Requests means advice, requests, approvals, consents or recommendations that you or an Authorised Person is appointed, entitled, empowered or authorised to give to a ZEDRA Entity;
Correspondence between the Company, the Union, or any member of the Union arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto, shall pass to and from the Company, the Union and member by verifiable means.
Directions means the directions contemplated in section 27(2) of the Act, issued by a Cabinet member relating to his or her line functions, after consultation with the Cabinet members responsible for cooperative governance and traditional affairs and justice and correctional services;
Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement;
All terms defined in this Agreement shall have the defined meanings contained herein when used in any certificate or other document made or delivered pursuant hereto unless otherwise defined therein. The definitions contained in this Agreement are applicable to the singular as well as the plural forms of such terms and to the masculine as well as to the feminine and neuter genders of such terms. Any agreement, instrument or statute defined or referred to herein or in any agreement or instrument that is referred to herein means such agreement, instrument or statute as from time to time, amended, qualified or supplemented, including (in the case of agreements and instruments) by waiver or consent and (in the case of statutes) by succession of comparable successor statutes and all attachments thereto and instruments incorporated therein. References to a person are also to its permitted successors and assigns.
Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.
Documentation means SAP's then-current technical and functional documentation as well as any roles and responsibilities descriptions, if applicable, for the Cloud Service which is made available to Customer with the Cloud Service.
Submitted means the application has been submitted but a review is not yet complete;
Directives means intergovernmental, interagency, or interdepartment administrative or procedural guidelines or instructions which do not affect the rights of, or procedures and practices available to, the public.
Designs means your plans, layouts, specifications, drawings and designs for the proposed furnishings, fixtures, equipment, signs and décor of the Hotel that use and incorporate the Standards.
Notices is defined in Section 6.3.
Suggestions means all suggested improvements to the Service Offerings that you provide to us.
Certifications shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).
ations means all advances to, and debts, liabilities, obligations, covenants and duties of, any Loan Party arising under any Loan Document or otherwise with respect to any Loan or Letter of Credit, whether direct or indirect (including those acquired by assumption), absolute or contingent, due or to become due, now existing or hereafter arising and including interest and fees that accrue after the commencement by or against any Loan Party or any Affiliate thereof of any proceeding under any Debtor Relief Laws naming such Person as the debtor in such proceeding, regardless of whether such interest and fees are allowed claims in such proceeding.
All other carbon-containing compounds means all other compounds which contain at least one carbon atom and are not a “Table B” or a “LVP-VOC.”
Costs For any Person, any claims, losses, damages, penalties, fines, forfeitures, reasonable and necessary legal fees and related costs, judgments, and other costs and expenses of such Person.
Invoices means Consumption Invoices, Reconciliation Invoices or invoices in respect of any other Charges due to us from you pursuant to this Supply Contract;
Approvals means the permits, clearances, licenses and consents as are listed in Schedule 3 hereto and any other statutory approvals.
Participating Agencies means members of National Purchasing Partners for which Vendor has agreed to extend the terms of this Master Price Agreement pursuant to Article 2.6 and Attachment C herein. For purposes of cooperative procurement, “Participating Agency” shall be considered “Purchaser” under the terms of this Agreement.
Governmental Authorities means governments, regulatory authorities, governmental departments, agencies, commissions, bureaus, officials, ministers, Crown corporations, courts, bodies, boards, tribunals or dispute settlement panels or other law, rule or regulation-making organizations or entities:
Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.
Instructions to Consultants (Section 2 of the RFP) means the document which provides shortlisted Consultants with all information needed to prepare their Proposals.
Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;
Gaming Authorities means any foreign, federal, state or local governmental entity or authority, or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, court or instrumentality thereof, regulating gaming activities or related activities.
Manuals means the manuals and other documents that may be supplied to the Contractor by Land Bank on or around the Signature Date, or as soon thereafter as may be practicable, and which Manuals contain, inter alia, information and/or data relating to or in connection with the Land Bank Policies;
