All data means all raw data collected in the study and any derived and dictionary variables that helped with the reporting and so could be helpful to FDA. Derived variables enable repetition of submitted analyses and checking of accuracy of coding. It is also helpful to the sponsor as FDA are more likely to be able to understand and reproduce the analysis.
