Alcoa Stock Fund definition

Alcoa Stock Fund means the Investment Option established hereunder with reference to the Alcoa Stock Fund under the Savings Plan.
Alcoa Stock Fund means, with respect to deferred amounts credited, or intra-plan transfers made, prior to November 1, 2016, the Investment Option established hereunder with reference to the Alcoa Stock Fund under the Savings Plan.
Alcoa Stock Fund means, with respect to a Director who prior to the Effective Date participated in one or both of the Alcoa Inc. Plans, the investment option established under the Alcoa Inc. Plans with reference to the Alcoa Stock Fund under Alcoa Inc.’s principal tax-qualified retirement savings plan for salaried employees.

Examples of Alcoa Stock Fund in a sentence

  • The Trustee allocates to the accounts of each Participant such units in the Alcoa Stock Fund as may be acquired with funds (if any) in such Participants’ accounts to be invested therein.

  • To the extent the Participant’s account balance in the Alcoa Stock Fund is insufficient to pay the dividends, the balance of the distribution will be paid pro-rata from the Participant’s other Core Fund investments.

  • Discretionary Contributions, and Restricted Discretionary Contributions may be invested in the Alcoa Stock Fund if directed by the Participating Employer, subject to Section 9, or otherwise invested in the same Core Funds elected by the Participant for his or her current Savings (or if none, then in the QDIA).

  • Subject to the following provisions of this Section, payment to a Participant or Beneficiary of the Current Market Value of all Savings, Participating Employer Contributions, Restricted Discretionary Contributions, and Employer Retirement Income Contributions in the Participant’s account from any Investment Fund, other than the Alcoa Stock Fund, upon the Participant’s termination of Continuous Service is made in cash.

  • Company Stock Fund means a hypothetical investment fund pursuant to which Deferred Stock Units are credited with respect to a portion of an Award subject to an Election, and thereafter until (i) the date of distribution or (ii) the effective date of a Diversification Election, to the extent a Diversification Election applies to such Deferred Stock Units, as applicable. The portion of a Grantee’s Account deemed invested in the Company Stock Fund shall be treated as if such portion of the Account were invested in hypothetical shares of Common Stock or Special Common Stock otherwise deliverable as Shares upon the Vesting Date associated with Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units, and all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to Common Stock or Special Common Stock were held uninvested in cash and credited with interest at the Applicable Interest Rate as of the next succeeding December 31 (to the extent the Account continues to be deemed credited in the form of Deferred Stock Units through such December 31).

  • Stock Fund means that portion of the Trust Fund consisting of Stock.

  • Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.

  • Employer Stock means securities of the Employer which constitute "qualifying employer securities" with respect to the Plan within the meaning of Section 407 of ERISA.

  • Company Stock means, collectively, the Company Common Stock and the Company Preferred Stock.

  • Deferred Stock Account means a bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for a Participant representing the Participant's interest in the shares credited to such Deferred Stock Account pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof.

  • Stock Account means the account maintained on behalf of the Participant by the Custodian for the purpose of holding Stock acquired under the Plan.

  • Company Stock Plan means any stock option plan or other stock or equity-related plan of the Company.

  • Company Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b).

  • ESOP means a Plan that is intended to satisfy the requirements of Section 4975(e)(7) of the IRC.

  • Company Stock Option Plans has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.6(c).

  • Plan Shares means shares of Common Stock held in the Trust which are awarded or issuable to a Participant pursuant to the Plan.

  • Company Stock Option Plan means each stock option plan, stock award plan, stock appreciation right plan, phantom stock plan, stock option, other equity or equity-based compensation plan, equity or other equity based award to any employee, whether payable in cash, shares or otherwise (to the extent not issued pursuant to any of the foregoing plans), or other plan or contract of any nature with any employee pursuant to which any stock, option, warrant or other right to purchase or acquire capital stock of the Company or right to payment based on the value of Company capital stock has been granted or otherwise issued.

  • Company Stock Options shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(a) hereof.

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • Excess Stock means Excess Stock as defined in Section 7.4 of the Company's Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation.

  • Deferred Shares means an award made pursuant to Section 7 of this Plan of the right to receive Common Shares at the end of a specified Deferral Period.
