Alcatel Supply Contract definition

Alcatel Supply Contract means the Project Development and Construction ----------------------- Contract, dated as of June 2, 1998, between the Contractor and the Borrower, as supplemented pursuant to the Supplement No. 1 dated as of October 1, 1998, between the Contractor and the Borrower and as modified by the letter from GCDC to Alcatel Submarine Networks dated as of October 26, 1998.
Alcatel Supply Contract means the Private Agreement for Sale of Goods and Rendering of Services, dated July 6, 2001, among TNL PCS S.A., Tele Norte Leste Participações, S.A. and Alcatel Telecomunicações S.A. (Contrato No. VPF/SUP/0XX-2001) and each other contract or agreement identified as an Alcatel Supply Contract from time to time by joint notice from the Issuer and the Initial Alcatel Lender.

  • Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
