Alarms System definition

Alarms System means any mechanism or device that is used in a building or premises for the detection of burglary, unauthorized entry, any other criminal activity or fire, flammable gas, or carb monoxide (CO) and which is designed to transmit to any receiving station a signal, message, warning, or other indication of an occurrence requiring a police and/or fire department response.

  • ▇▇▇▇▇ System means the ▇▇▇▇▇ filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).
