  • The Recipient agrees that in the event of any breach, violation or default of the terms of this Agreement, AITF shall, in addition to any other right, relief or remedy available at law or in equity, be entitled to immediately obtain an injunction compelling the Recipient to abide by and comply with the terms of this Agreement and to cease any activities that are causing or might cause harm to AITF.

  • The following is specified as an additional condition to the effectiveness of this Grant Agreement for the purposes of Section 9.01(e) of the Grant Regulations: the AITF Grant Agreement shall have been duly executed and delivered on behalf of the Recipient and all conditions precedent to its effectiveness (other than a condition requiring the effectiveness of this Grant Agreement) shall have been fulfilled.

  • Asset Management is a principle/practice that includes planning processes, approaches, plans, or related documents that support an integrated lifecycle approach to the effective stewardship of infrastructure assets to maximize benefits and effectively manage risk.

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.
