Airtime Credit definition

Airtime Credit means a credit (valued at an arm’s-length rate) for airtime minutes, data fees, access fees or licensing fees with respect to services on Block One or the NEXT Constellation and associated ground infrastructure.
Airtime Credit means a subsidy fund provided by the Company to the Customer as specified in the Order Form for use during the Minimum Term. If a month number is specified, the Airtime Credit will not become available until the start of that month of the Minimum Term;

Examples of Airtime Credit in a sentence

  • The deactivation charge payable for each Customer Device deactivated before the end of the associated Device Term is equal to the sum of: (i) the outstanding Device Balance; (ii) the charge payable by the Customer for return of any Airtime Credit as described in Section D plus (iii) a charge of $100.

  • However, you will not be able to purchase Airtime Credit until any outstanding amounts you owe to us are paid in full.

  • The Customer may change the Rate Plan applicable to a Customer Device to a Rate Plan with a fixed monthly charge lower than the applicable Minimum Spend Commitment, as long as the Customer pays TELUS: (i) the outstanding Device Balance at the time of the change and (ii) the charge payable by the Customer for return of any Airtime Credit as described in Section D, as if such Customer Device has been deactivated before the end of the associated Device Term at the time of the change.

  • If an Airtime Credit is available with a Rate Plan, it will be included in the Rate Plan description in Section D and will be applied in equal installments over five consecutive monthly bills issued after the date of activation.

  • Any unused Airtime Credit will be cancelled and no refund will be payable.

  • Pre-paid Mobile If you use the mobile Service Pre-paid Payment Option, the Service will be cancelled automatically if more than 455 days have passed since your last recharge of Airtime Credit (for the purposes of this clause, your last recharge may be Activation of your amaysim SIM Card).

Airtime Credit means airtime credit credited to a Pay Mobile SIM in consideration for the POS selling du Products and Services in accordance with any incentive plan communicated by du to the POS from time to time.
