Airport Reserve definition

Airport Reserve means a Flight Attendant who is assigned to reserve duty at the airport including pre-boarding of aircraft.
Airport Reserve means the City-owned land reserved from sale and designated under KMC 21.05.010 and 21.05.020.

Notwithstanding clause (i) of the preceding sentence, changes to the Availability Reserves solely for purposes of correcting mathematical or clerical errors (and such other changes as are otherwise agreed to by the Lead Borrower) shall only be subject to a notice period of one (1) Business Day, it being understood that no Default or Event of Default shall be deemed to result therefrom, if applicable, for a period of five (5) Business Days.
