Airport Management Business means the airport management services performed by Macquarie Aviation North America Inc. and Macquarie Aviation North America 2 Inc. under the trade name “AvPorts” at the following airports in Wxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, XX; Albany, NY; Sxxxxxx International Airport, New Windsor, NY; New Haven, CT; Atlantic City, NJ; Republic Airport, Farmingdale, NY; and Teterboro, NJ. For the avoidance of doubt, “Airport Management Business” does not include any FBO-related services performed at any of these airports.
