It is the Airports Authority’s policy to ensure that Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) firms have a significant and continuing opportunity to compete for Airports Authority business.
The following definitions shall apply to this Exhibit, Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program Race- and Gender-Neutral Lease Clause: Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) means a firm that has been granted ACDBE certification status by the City acting as a member of the Arizona Unified Certification Program pursuant to the criteria contained in 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 23 and 26.
The SLCDA has established an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), 49 CFR Part 23.
The Port is currently administering a race neutral Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program and as such is not establishing a contract-specific goal for the Services.
