  • The remaining balance, i.e. the total contract price excluding the above paid sum and the quality assurance deposit, shall be made within 30 days from the completion and acceptance of the Beijing Airport Apron No. 7 Retrofit Work provided that Company and CECD agree on the settlement amount and finalise the settlement documents.
