Revise the FAA-approved Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) by incorporating the following into the Limitations Section of the AFM.
The Airplane Flight Manual for each airplane operated under this sec- tion must be appropriately revised to include the operating limitations and information needed for operation at the increased weights.
Wet runway distances associated with grooved or porous friction course runways, if provided in the Airplane Flight Manual, may be used only for runways that are grooved or treated with a porous friction course (PFC) overlay, and that the operator deter- mines are designed, constructed, and maintained in a manner acceptable to the Administrator.

Within 30 days after the effective date of this AD, revise the Limitations Section of the FAA-approved Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) to include the following statements.
For airplanes with an established approach wing-flap position, whenever the wing flaps are extended beyond the maximum certificated approach climb configuration position in the Airplane Flight Manual and the landing gear is not fully extended and locked.
There must be a limitation in the Airplane Flight Manual or other suitable means requiring that crewmembers be trained in the use of evacuation routes.
No person operating a turbine en- gine powered airplane may take off that airplane at such a weight that (al- lowing for normal consumption of fuel and oil in flight to the destination or alternate airport) the weight of the air- plane on arrival would exceed the land- ing weight set forth in the Airplane Flight Manual for the elevation of the destination or alternate airport and the ambient temperature anticipated at the time of landing.
Prior to commencing operations, Company must provide the FAA Type Certificate Data Sheet or the Limitations Section of its FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual for each type of aircraft that will be operated by Company at the Airport as documentation of the FAA certificated maximum gross landing weight.
