Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Authority will have no responsibility to make any repairs if such repairs or maintenance are required due to any misuse, improper conduct, omission, negligence, or conduct of unauthorized business on the Airline Premises by the Airline or Airline's Airline Parties.
All damage or injury done to Shared Use Premises, Joint Use Premises or Common Use Premises, by Airline, or Airline's contractor’s employees, and/or agents, shall be paid for by Airline.

Comply with and conform to all applicable present and future statutes and ordinances, and regulations promulgated thereunder, of all Federal, State, and other government bodies of competent jurisdiction that apply to or affect, either directly or indirectly, Airline or Airline's operations and activities under this Agreement.
If Airline receives a Notice of Violation or similar enforcement action or notice of noncompliance, Airline shall provide a copy of same to the Authority withinfive (5) working days of receipt by the Airline or Airline's agent.
Each Party reserves the right to suspend or vary the operating authorization of an Airline or Airlines of the other Party immediately in the event the first Party concludes, whether as a result of a ramp inspection, a series of ramp inspections, a denial of access for ramp inspection, consultations or otherwise, that immediate action is essential to the safety of the Airline’s operation.

Airline agrees that any notice of violation, notice of noncompliance, or other enforcement action shall be provided to the Aviation Commission within five (5) business days of receipt by Airline or Airline's agent.
This Article does not limit the rights of either Contracting Party to withhold, revoke, limit or impose conditions on the operating authorization of an Airline or Airlines of the other Contracting Party in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 (Aviation Security).
