Aircraft Technology means Solar HAPS aircraft related: technology, formulae, algorithms, procedures, processes, methods, techniques, know-how, ideas, creations, inventions, discoveries, and improvements (whether patentable or unpatentable and whether or not reduced to practice), information and materials, software, specifications, designs, models, devices, prototypes, schematics, mask works, and other works of authorship; databases; trade secrets and other confidential and proprietary information, which are embodied in the Aircraft Deliverables.
