Aircraft Security Documents means, in respect of an Aircraft, each of:

Aircraft Security Documents means, in respect to any aircraft owned by any Loan Party, (a) if such aircraft is registered with the FAA, (i) an aircraft mortgage and security agreement, duly executed by such Loan Party in favor of the Administrative Agent, as security agent and mortgagee, (ii) a satisfactory title search of the FAA registry, (iii) a title memorandum from counsel to the Administrative Agent certifying that such Loan Party has clean title to such aircraft, (iv) a xxxx of sale and aircraft registration application duly filled out and executed by such Loan Party in respect of such aircraft and (v) applicable FAA application pink forms for such aircraft, and (b) otherwise, similar documents in the jurisdiction of registration of such aircraft as may be requested by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.

Examples of Aircraft Security Documents in a sentence

  • WTC accepts the trusts and duties created hereby and by the other Aircraft Security Documents and applicable to it and agrees to perform such duties, but only upon the terms of this Indenture or the other Aircraft Security Documents, as the case may be, and agrees to receive, handle and disburse all monies received by it as Loan Trustee constituting part of the Collateral in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • UK Security Documents means the UK Pledge Agreements and the UK Debenture.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreements, the Dutch Share Pledges, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Dutch law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.

  • U.S. Security Documents means and include the U.S. Security Agreement, the U.S. Pledge Agreement, each Mortgage covering a U.S. Mortgage Property and each Additional Security Document covering assets of a U.S. Credit Party situated in the United States.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).

  • Collateral Security Documents Any document or instrument given to secure or guaranty the Mortgage Loan, including without limitation, the Mortgage, each as amended, supplemented, assigned, extended or otherwise modified from time to time.
