AIRCRAFT ON GROUND (AOG means the highest Spares priority. Seller will expend best efforts to provide the earliest possible shipment of any Spare designated AOG by Spirit. Such effort includes but is not limited to working twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week and use of premium transportation. Seller shall specify the delivery date of any such AOG Spare within two (2) hours of receipt of an AOG Spare request.

  • Aircraft Documents means all technical data, manuals and log books, and all inspection, modification and overhaul records and other service, repair, maintenance and technical records that are required by the FAA (or the relevant Aviation Authority), to be maintained with respect to the Aircraft, Airframe, Engines or Parts, and such term shall include all additions, renewals, revisions and replacements of any such materials from time to time made, or required to be made, by the FAA (or other Aviation Authority) regulations, and in each case in whatever form and by whatever means or medium (including, without limitation, microfiche, microfilm, paper or computer disk) such materials may be maintained or retained by or on behalf of Owner (provided, that all such materials shall be maintained in the English language).

  • Certified cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system that has been certified in accordance with 21 CFR 1010.2 as being manufactured and assembled pursuant to the provisions of 21 CFR 1020.40.

  • Stationary x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment which is installed in a fixed location.

  • Mobile x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment mounted on a permanent base with wheels and/or casters for moving while completely assembled.
