aircraft damage definition
aircraft damage means personal injury, loss of life, material loss, damage or destruction in South Australia that is not covered by the Commonwealth Act but would, assuming the aircraft had been engaged in trade and commerce among the States, have been covered by the Commonwealth Act;
aircraft damage means Loss, Destruction or damage caused by Aircraft, other aerial or space devices and articles dropped therefrom excluding those caused by pressure waves.
aircraft damage means the cost to repair the physical damage divided by the insured value of the aircraft. Actual physical damage is determined by the Company by settlement, by arbitration, or other means of alternate dispute resolution or by a court of appropriate jurisdiction, and does not include depreciated value.
