Aircraft Appraiser definition
Aircraft Appraiser means (i) MBA, (ii) IBA, (iii) Ascend or (iv) any other independent appraisal firm appointed by the Borrower and reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Aircraft Appraiser means (i) AVITAS, (ii) any appraisal firm listed on Annex B hereof or (iii) any other independent appraisal firm appointed by the Co-Borrowers and satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Aircraft Appraiser means (i) MBA, (ii) IBA, or (iii) any other independent appraisal firm appointed by the Borrower and reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent acting at the direction of the Required Lenders.

More Definitions of Aircraft Appraiser
Aircraft Appraiser means (i) any appraisal firm listed on Annex B hereof or (ii) any other independent appraisal firm appointed by the Borrower and satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
