Aircraft Appraisal definition

Aircraft Appraisal means an appraisal of Holdings’ and its Subsidiaries fleet of Boeing 757, 767 and 777 Aircraft, as well as any other type of Aircraft that the Borrower determines to include in the Collateral Pool, conducted by an independent, third party appraiser acceptable to the Administrative Agent and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent. Except as otherwise agreed between the Borrower and Administrative Agent from time to time, the form and substance of all Aircraft Appraisals shall be consistent with the Aircraft Appraisal prepared and delivered to the Administrative Agent immediately prior to the Closing Date pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement.

Examples of Aircraft Appraisal in a sentence
