AIG Settlement means all amounts payable to Borrower and its Subsidiaries by American Home Assurance Company (“AIG”) in satisfaction of claims asserted by Borrower with respect to work performed by Borrower in Boston, MA, which claims are the subject of the lawsuit styled Insituform Technologies, Inc. v. American Home Assurance Company, Civil Action No. 04-10487GAO, filed in the United States District Court in Boston, including any amounts payable for damages, pre and post-judgment interest and costs.
AIG Settlement means the treatment of the AIG Claims as set forth in Section 3.3(c) of the (13) “AIG Settlement Agreement” means the stipulation by and among National Union FireInsurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA, AIG Insurance Company of Canada, American Home Assurance Company, Chartis Claims, Inc. and other insurers affiliated with AIG Property Casualty, Inc. and Debtors Revolving Claims and Closing Out Certain Insurance Programs, dated August , 2015 in the form of Exhibit A hereto. AIG shall not be required to file an Administrative Expense Claim or Priority Claim in order to receive the treatment provided under the AIG Settlement Agreement.

  • Final Redemption Settlement Date means the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the Final Redemption Date.
