AHG Shareholder Group definition
AHG Shareholder Group means (i) an AHG Shareholder; and (ii) its Affiliates from time to time and, for the avoidance of doubt, (a) each of the PGIM Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as a PGIM Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder, (b) each of the Capital Group Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as a Capital Group Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder, (c) each of the JP Morgan Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as a JP Morgan Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder, (d) each of the Arini Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as an Arini Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder, (e) each of the CVC Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time, and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as a CVC Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder and (f) each of the MJX Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as a MJX Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder.
AHG Shareholder Group means (i) an AHG Shareholder; and (ii) its Affiliates from time to time and, for the avoidance of doubt, (a) each of the PGIM Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as a PGIM Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder, (b) each of the Capital Group Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as a Capital Group Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder, (c) each of the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as a ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder, (d) each of the Arini Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as an Arini Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder, (e) each of the CVC Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time, and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as a CVC Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder and (f) each of the MJX Shareholders, and their Affiliates from time to time and any person that enters into a Deed of Adherence as a MJX Shareholder, together shall be a single AHG Shareholder Group hereunder.
