The dissolution of, termination of existence of, loss of good standing status by, appointment of a receiver for, assignment for the benefit of creditors of, lender workout proceedings, or commencement of any bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding by or against the Borrower or AHF, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
Notwithstanding any other provision contained in any of the Loan Documents, the City shall be under no obligation to disburse to Borrower more than $(Dollar amount) in AHF proceeds.
