AHD Designated Employee definition
AHD Designated Employee means any person who is identified as an AHD Designated Employee on the Employee List. For the avoidance of doubt, AHD Designated Employees are intended to be (A) Transition Employees and (B) Employees of Atlas or any of its Affiliates who, immediately prior to the Effective Time, primarily provide services to the AHD Post-Closing Business, including any such Employee who is on an approved leave of absence.
Examples of AHD Designated Employee in a sentence
Atlas and its Affiliates shall take all actions necessary such that each individual who (a) is, immediately prior to the Effective Time, an employee of the Atlas Group (other than an employee who is on a leave of absence at such time) and (b) is designated in the Employee List as an AHD Designated Employee shall be transferred to a member of the AHD Group (as specified by AHD) immediately prior to the Effective Time.
