AHCA LICENSES definition
AHCA LICENSES means all now or hereafter issued licenses from the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration or other governmental entities or political subdivisions issued to Borrower for the operation of the Florida Project as an assisted and/or congregate care living facility and any food services licenses related thereto issued to Borrower in connection with the Florida Project.
