Agricultural Source definition

Agricultural Source means any equipment, operation, or process, or aggregation thereof, used in the production of crops, or raising of fowl or animals and located on contiguous property under common ownership or control that meets any of the criteria identified in Section 39011.5 of California Health and Safety Code, as it exists on May 11, 2016.
