Agricultural Fleet definition

Agricultural Fleet means a fleet utilizing the agricultural fleet provision in section 2025(m). A fleet owner utilizing the agricultural fleet provisions must include all vehicles under common ownership or control in the agricultural fleet including those vehicles that are not agricultural vehicles. Fleets not utilizing the agricultural fleet provision must comply with section 2025(e).
