Agreement Expenses definition

Agreement Expenses shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in clause 6.2(a);
Agreement Expenses means all out-of-pocket expenses actually incurred and either paid by HITN or approved in advance by Clearwire in the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
Agreement Expenses. The project sponsor shall not commence work on an approved project element prior to the execution of the project agreement unless authorized by the Board during the review and funding approval process. Board authorization of pre- agreement expenses will be given for the commencement of work prior to the execution of a project agreement if the Board determines that there is a benefit to the District, its waterways or its constituents. All project costs must be incurred and work performed within the project period as stipulated in the project agreement unless pre-agreement costs are approved by the Board. Pre-agreement expenses will be approved if they are consistent with the provisions of Rule 66B-2.008, F.A.C., and occur within the fiscal year of the grant application submission (October 1st to September 30th). Pre-agreement expenses, except for projects approved by the Board as multi- year projects, will be limited to fifty (50) percent of the project’s total cost and if the expenses are eligible project expenses in accordance with this rule. Only one-half (1/2) or less of the approved pre-agreement expenses will be eligible for reimbursement funding from the District, except for projects approved by the Board as multi-year projects. The Board shall consider a waiver of the limitation on pre-agreement expenses for Small-Scale Derelict Vessel grants and land acquisition projects when the applicant demonstrates a direct need and benefit and the project is in accordance with the applicable provisions of Chapter 66B-2, F.A.C.

  • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Insured Expenses Expenses covered by an Insurance Policy or any other insurance policy with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Transition Expenses The reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of the Backup Servicer incurred in connection with the transferring the servicing obligations under this Agreement and amending this Agreement to reflect such transfer in an amount not to exceed $100,000.

  • Enforcement Expenses shall include all reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, transcript costs, fees of experts, travel expenses, duplicating costs, printing and binding costs, telephone charges, postage, delivery service fees, and all other out-of-pocket disbursements or expenses of the types customarily incurred in connection with an action to enforce indemnification or advancement rights, or an appeal from such action. Expenses, however, shall not include fees, salaries, wages or benefits owed to Indemnitee.

  • Claim Expenses means reasonable documented attorneys’ fees and all other reasonable documented out-of-pocket costs, expenses and obligations (including experts’ fees, travel expenses, court costs, retainers, transcript fees, duplicating, printing and binding costs, as well as telecommunications, postage and courier charges) paid or incurred in connection with investigating, defending, being a witness in or participating in (including on appeal), or preparing to investigate, defend, be a witness in or participate in, any Claim, including any Action relating to a claim for indemnification or advancement brought by an Indemnified Party as contemplated in Section 7.5.

  • Cost-reimbursement contract means a contract under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this code, and paid a fee, if any.

  • Operational Expenses means expenses of the clerk of court used to maintain the clerk's office and includes, but is not limited to, (i) computer support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and replacements and office automation and information technology equipment, including software and conversion services; (ii) preserving, maintaining, and enhancing court records, including, but not limited to, the costs of repairs, maintenance, consulting services, service contracts, redaction of social security numbers from certain records, and system replacements or upgrades; and (iii) improving public access to records maintained by the clerk, including locating technology in an offsite facility for such purposes or for implementation of a disaster recovery plan.

  • Permitted Expenses shall include, without limitation, the expenses set forth in Sections 5.10 and 9.2 hereof.
