Agreed Budget means the budget agreed between the Parties in respect of the use of the Subscription Proceeds by the Group, as set out in Schedule 1 (Agreed Budget) and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 8 (Agreed Budget).

More Definitions of Agreed Budget
Agreed Budget means the budget in the agreed form detailing the items and amount of capital expenditure to be incurred by the Company in each calendar month from and including November 2014 to and including March 2015 (or such later date as the Buyer and the Seller (acting in good faith) may agree);
