AGR Contract definition
AGR Contract means the sale and buyback of fine metal agreements dated on or about the date of this Facility Letter and made between AGR and the Customers.

If a breach or other non-performance of the AGR Contract is considered to be occurring, TTP shall promptly notify QBD-IP of the same and TTP shall first attempt to resolve the position with AGR in accordance with the terms of the AGR Contract.
While TTP shall have responsibility for managing the performance of the AGR Contract, it shall not be liable in any way (including in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise) for any breach or negligent performance of the AGR Contract by AGR Automation Ltd.
