Aggregate Unpaid Amount definition
Aggregate Unpaid Amount means the sum of (i) the Expiration Severance Amount plus (ii) the aggregate amount of Base Salary that was scheduled to be paid between the date Executive's employment with the Company terminated and the expiration of the Stated Term. Except as provided in this Section 7(a)(iv), upon a termination of Executive's employment under this Section 7(a)(iv), the Company shall have no further obligation to Executive. The term "Applicable Period" shall mean one hundred eighty (180) days; provided, however, that if the sum of (i) the number of days between the date of termination of Executive's employment and the expiration of the Stated Term plus (ii) ninety two (92) days is less than one hundred eighty (180), then the Applicable Term shall mean such lesser number of days.
