Aggregate Return definition

Aggregate Return means the weighted average percentage appreciation in the value of the Investment Assets of the Partnership over such Measurement Period, taking into account the size of each investment and the length of time held by the Partnership, expressed on an annualized basis, without regard to compounding.
Aggregate Return has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.4(d).
Aggregate Return means, with respect to any date of determination, (a) the sum of Realized Gains and Realized Losses (which losses shall be expressed as a negative number), as applicable, of all Portfolio Assets plus (b) all Interest Collections received on the Portfolio Assets on or prior to such date, minus (c) all interest previously paid on the Loans and all accrued and unpaid interest payable on the Loans, minus (d) any interest required to be returned to a seller of a Portfolio Asset.

Examples of Aggregate Return in a sentence

  • ACM shall provide written notice to ARLP within 15 business days of the end of each fiscal quarter of all amounts that constitute Subsidiary Guarantors' Aggregate Return received by the Guarantors during the preceding quarter.
