Aggregate Permitted Amount definition

Aggregate Permitted Amount means the sum of the Permitted Amounts for each holder of Management Registrable Securities.
Aggregate Permitted Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to $300,000,000 plus the sum of (i) the lesser of $300,000,000 or the Net Subordinated Notes Amount (determined on the date of issuance thereof) of New Subordinated Notes issued by the Borrower within six months after the Effective Date plus (ii) 50% of the Net Equity Proceeds received by the Borrower from issuances of its common equity after July 21, 1997 and on or prior to such date, plus (iii) 33% of the Net Debt Proceeds received by the Borrower from any issuance by it of Qualified Convertible Subordinated Notes (excluding any Qualified Convertible Subordinated Notes already included as an adjustment pursuant to preceding clause (i)).
Aggregate Permitted Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to $500,000,000 plus (i) 50% of the Net Equity Proceeds received by the Borrower from issuances of its common equity after July 21, 1997 and on or prior to such date, plus (ii) 33% of the Net Debt Proceeds received by the Borrower from any issuance by it on or prior to such date of Qualified Convertible Subordinated Notes.
