Aggregate Outstanding Revolving Credit definition

Aggregate Outstanding Revolving Credit as to any Lender at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans made by such Lender then outstanding, (b) such Lender’s Revolving Commitment Percentage of the L/C Obligations then outstanding and (c) such Lender’s Revolving Commitment Percentage of the Swing Line Loans then outstanding.
Aggregate Outstanding Revolving Credit will mean an amount equal to the sum of the aggregate unpaid principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans.
Aggregate Outstanding Revolving Credit at any time the sum of the Aggregate U.S. Borrower Extensions and the Aggregate Canadian Borrower Extensions, in each case as at such time.

Examples of Aggregate Outstanding Revolving Credit in a sentence

  • The Borrowers may permanently reduce the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment in whole, or in part ratably among the Revolving Lenders in a minimum amount of $5,000,000 and in integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof, upon at least three Business Days’ written notice to the Agent, which notice shall specify the amount of any such reduction, provided, however, that the amount of the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment may not be reduced below the Aggregate Outstanding Revolving Credit Exposure.

  • No requested Revolving Credit Loan shall be made if the sum of the Aggregate Outstanding Revolving Credit Extensions of Credit (after giving effect to such requested Revolving Credit Loan) would exceed the then aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments.

  • A Letter of Credit shall be issued, amended, renewed or extended only if (and upon issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of each Letter of Credit, the Borrower shall be deemed to represent and warrant that), after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension (x) the LC Exposure shall not exceed $100,000,000 and (y) the Aggregate Outstanding Revolving Credit Exposure shall not exceed the Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitment.
