Aggregate Net Investment definition

Aggregate Net Investment means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the OwnersNet Investments outstanding at such time.
Aggregate Net Investment means the sum of (I) the Company’s long-term indebtedness (including the current portion thereof) on a consolidated basis as shown in the “Long-Term Debtline item on the most recently available consolidated balance sheet of the Company plus (II) the Capital Lease Obligations of the Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis as shown on the most recently available consolidated balance sheet of the Company plus (III) the amount by which (x) stockholders' equity of the Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis as shown on the most recently available consolidated balance sheet of the Company exceeds (y) the total amount of goodwill as shown on the most recently available consolidated balance sheet of the Company.
Aggregate Net Investment means the sum of the Net Investments for each Class.

  • For so long as Xxxxx is the Servicer, Xxxxx shall have the right to purchase all of the existing Transferred Receivables if, at any time, the aggregate Receivable Balance of the Transferred Receivables is 10% or less of the Aggregate Net Investment as of the Original Closing Date.

  • On the date after all Termination Dates on which the Aggregate Net Investment is zero, all accrued Discount and Servicing Fees have been paid in full and all other Aggregate Unpaids have been paid in full, any funds remaining on deposit in the Collection Account shall be paid to the Transferor.
