Aggregate Maximum Value definition

Aggregate Maximum Value means the product of (i) 4.25 times the Original Cost times (ii) the number of ▇▇▇▇▇ Shares.
Aggregate Maximum Value means the product of (x) 3.5 and (y) the Original Cost.
