Aggregate LTV definition

Aggregate LTV means, in connection with the origination (or proposed origination) of the Approved Mezzanine Loan, the ratio, in which the numerator is equal to the Aggregate Principal Balance and the denominator is equal to the Appraised Value of the Properties.
