Aggregate Letters of Credit Outstanding definition

Aggregate Letters of Credit Outstanding means, on the date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate maximum stated amount at such time which is available or available in the future to be drawn under all outstanding Letters of Credit and (b) the aggregate amount of all payments on account of drawings under Letters of Credit made by the Issuing Lender on behalf of the Lenders under any Letter of Credit that has not been reimbursed by the Company.
Aggregate Letters of Credit Outstanding means on the date of determination thereof, the sum of (a) the aggregate maximum amount which is available or available in the future to be drawn under all outstanding Letters of Credit under this Agreement plus (b) the aggregate amount of any payments made by the Bank under any Letter of Credit issued pursuant to this Agreement that has not been reimbursed by the Co-Borrowers.

The LC Outstandings with respect to any Lender at any time shall be its Commitment Percentage of the total LC Outstandings at such time.

  • Facility Letter of Credit Obligations means, as at the time of determination thereof, all liabilities, whether actual or contingent, of the Borrower with respect to Facility Letters of Credit, including the sum of (a) the Reimbursement Obligations and (b) the aggregate undrawn face amount of the then outstanding Facility Letters of Credit.
