Aggregate Capacity definition

Aggregate Capacity means, with respect to each Contract Quarter and each Applicable Asset, the product of (i) the volume of Feedstock (expressed in BPD) that HEP Operating was available to receive on average on a daily basis from the Applicable Refinery Owner at the location of such Applicable Asset for the Contract Quarter and (ii) the number of days in such Contract Quarter.
Aggregate Capacity has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Aggregate Capacity means the sum of (x) the Guaranteed PV Capacity and (y) the Guaranteed Storage Capacity.

Aggregate Capacity means the total aggregate amount of electric generating capacity, as measured in megawatts, of all power generation facilities that constitute Collateral owned by the Company or any Affiliate of the Company at the time of such determination; provided, however, that in the event that a facility is not one hundred percent (100%) owned by the Company or an Affiliate of the Company, the Aggregate Capacity attributable to such facility shall be reduced pro rata based on the portion of such facility owned by the Company or its Affiliates. “Agreement” has the meaning set forth in the Preamble hereof. “Automatic Threshold Adjustment” means, with respect to any Secured Counterparty, any reduction or increase in its Counterparty Threshold or Facility Threshold that occurs as a result of the operation of the applicable Secured Counterparty ISDA Agreement (in existence on the date of this Agreement or the date such Secured Counterparty becomes a party to this Agreement), including any such change that results from any downgrade in the ratings assigned by any Rating Agency to any Credit Party or that arises as a result of the occurrence of an Event of Default or Termination Event under (and as defined in) the applicable Secured Counterparty ISDA Agreement. Aggregate Capacity means the aggregate capacity as of any specified date or during any specified period of the Units in MWs determined pursuant to Special Condition (10) and Special Condition (12) for those Units that have achieved commercial operation as of such specified date or during such specified period; provided, however, that as of any specified date from and after January 1, 2003, the Aggregate Capacit y allocable to Units achieving commercial operation prior to June 1, 2003 shall not be more than the product of 45MW times the number of Units which have achieved commercial operation by such date prior to June 1, 2003 and the Aggregate Capacity allocable to Units achieving commercial operation from and after June 1, 2003 shall not be more than the product of 45MW times the number of Units which have achieved commercial operation by such date from and after June 1, 2003 to and including December 31, 2003. Aggregate Capacity means, in relation to a Unit the proposed nameplate capacity of the Unit and in relation to the Power Station the total proposed nameplate capacity of the Power Station.   • Maximum Capacity or ‘Pmax’ means the maximum continuous active power which a power-generating module can produce, less any demand associated solely with facilitating the operation of that power-generating module and not fed into the network as specified in the connection agreement or as agreed between the relevant system operator and the power-generating facility owner;

  • Excess capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if-it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 6.04(a)(i)(D), (a)(ii), (a)(vi), (a)(ix), (a)(xii), (a)(xviii) and (a)(xix) minus the aggregate amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary to (a) make Investments pursuant to Section 6.06(q)(ii) or (b) make Restricted Debt Payments pursuant to Section 6.04(b)(iv)(B).
