Agere Balance Sheet definition

Agere Balance Sheet means the audited balance sheet of Agere contained in the Agere Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2006.
Agere Balance Sheet means the audited combined balance sheet of Agere and its Subsidiaries, including the notes thereto, as of September 30, 2000.
