Agent Representative means, subject always to compliance with the Applicable Laws, such individual or individuals nominated to fulfil the role as the duly appointed representative(s) of the Agent from time to time as notified to A-Trade and 4AX in writing in advance, it being understood that as at the Effective Date such representative will be such individual(s) identified in clause 6.1 of the Agreement , amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of clause 6.2 of the Agreement.
