Agency Model definition

Agency Model means the procurement and management of [***] in connection with this CMSA, subject to the terms and conditions as further described in Appendix G.

Examples of Agency Model in a sentence

  • In the Agency Model, the MCO contracts with a Home and Community Support Services agency (HCSSA) for the delivery of waiver services.

  • In the Agency Model, the Member chooses a Home and Community Support Services (HCSS) agency to hire, manage, and terminate the individual providing Personal Attendant Services.

  • In the Agency Model, the Member chooses a Home and Community Support Services (HCSS) agency to hire, manage, and terminate the individual providing Personal Attendant Services and/or In-Home or Out-of Home Respite.

  • In the Agency Model, the HMO contracts with a Home and Community Support Services agency (HCSSA) for the delivery of waiver services.

  • Allegiance may provide services ("Additional Services") to customers in connection with Agency Model transactions over and above Allegiance's duties set forth in Exhibit C, provided that such Additional Services are not Cost Management services.

Related to Agency Model

  • Agency(ies) means any government regulatory authority or authorities in the world responsible for granting approval(s), clearance(s), qualification(s), license(s), or permit(s) for any aspect of the research, Development, manufacture, marketing, distribution, or sale of a Product. The term “Agency” includes, without limitation, the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”).

  • Rating Agency Guidelines means the guidelines of any Rating Agency, as they may be amended or modified from time to time, compliance with which is required to cause such Rating Agency to continue to issue a rating with respect to a Series of VMTP Shares for so long as such Series is Outstanding.

  • Sponsor Model means the Sponsor’s financial model, dated June 26, 2018, used in connection with the syndication of the Credit Facility.

  • Agency Worker means the individual who is Introduced by the Employment Business to provide services to the Hirer;

  • Financial Model means the computer model a Proponent has used and which is proposed to become the Financial Model under the Project Agreement in the format specified in Part 2 of Schedule 3 to this RFP;
