After Hours Call Out means locate requests made on CONTRACTOR-observed holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day/July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day), weekends, and weekdays from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m., or any time outside of the applicable state one-call’s regular business hours.

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.

  • Normal weekly hours of work means the established standard work times and number of hours in the workweek for the position or, if standard work times and number of hours have not been established for the position, the work times and average number of hours per week actually worked by the employee in that position over the most recent 3 months before the employer files the application for designation as a participating employer.

  • Suction outlet means the opening or fitting through which the water under negative pressure is drawn from the pool or spa.
