Aflac definition

Aflac has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph hereto.
Aflac means AFLAC Incorporated, a Georgia corporation.
Aflac herein means American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus and “Sproutel” herein means Sproutel, Inc.
