Affiliated Investor definition

Affiliated Investor means, with respect to any Principal Stockholder, (i) any investment fund or holding company that is directly or indirectly managed or advised by a manager or advisor of such Principal Stockholder and (ii) any of its Affiliates or any other Person who or which is otherwise an Affiliate of any such Principal Stockholder (other than the Company and its subsidiaries).

Affiliated Investor a Person that (i) (x) owns directly or indirectly an Investment Asset or (y) receives any Fee-Related Earnings from any Colony Fund and (ii) is either a Pledged Affiliate or a Person in which any Capital Stock is directly or indirectly owned by a Pledged Affiliate. Affiliated Investor as it relates to any Person, means and includes all members of such Person’s immediate family living in his or her household (i.e., spouse, child, parents, stepchild, grandchild, stepparent, grandparent, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and includes adoptive relationships) and all family trusts with respect to which such Person or household member owns a beneficial interest.

Affiliated Investor means an Investor that is an Affiliate of a Credit Party.
