Affiliated Investment Funds definition

Affiliated Investment Funds means investment companies, including registered investment companies, private investment funds and/or other pooled investment vehicles, advised or managed by the Investment Sub-Adviser or any of its affiliates. The liquidation preference of any preferred shares of the Trust, if any, constituting financial leverage shall not be considered a liability of the Trust. For any period less than a month during which this Agreement is in effect, the fee shall be prorated according to the proportion which such period bears to a full month of 28, 29, 30 or 31 days, as the case may be.
