Affiliate Transactions Report definition
Affiliate Transactions Report means a report prepared by the Manager setting forth in reasonable detail a list of (a) all agreements between the Company and the Manager or its Affiliates, and (b) fees, commissions and other compensation (including amounts paid as reimbursement for out of pocket expenses) paid by the Company to the Manager or its Affiliates during the period covered by such report. Agreement – means this Limited Liability Company Agreement of CIC Mezzanine Investors, L.L.C., dated as of the date hereof, as amended from time to time.
